Shipping Policy

At Roomarella, we strive to deliver your timeless pieces with transparency and care. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.


1. Serviceable Regions

We currently provide domestic shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Peak Seasons: Processing may take an additional 1–3 business days during high-volume periods.

3. Delivery Timelines & Fees

4. Tracking & Carriers

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Issues

Please contact us at munasinghe@roomarella.com if you experience any of the following:

  • Tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days.
  • Order marked as “Delivered” but not received.
  • Package arrives damaged or items are defective.
  • Order has not arrived after 10 business days (to account for the maximum estimated delivery window).
