1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Roomarella reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date,
as confirmed by carrier tracking information.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at
support@roomarella.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief explanation for the return
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  • Photos or videos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will review your request and respond within
1–3 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color, or change of mind),
    the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part
    (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Roomarella will cover the return shipping cost
    or provide a prepaid return label.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In certain situations, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item,
Roomarella may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
