1. Order Modification & Cancellation Window

Customers may request order cancellation or modification within 4 hours of placing an order.
This limited window allows us to maintain fast processing and accurate fulfillment.

To request a change within this timeframe, customers may:

  • Submit a customer support request

Requests are handled during our normal business hours:
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST).

2. Orders After the 4-Hour Window

Once the 4-hour modification window has passed, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment.
At this stage, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes.

If an order can no longer be modified, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery,
where applicable.

3. Address Verification & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate,
including:

  • Recipient full name
  • Street address and unit/suite number (if applicable)
  • City, state, and ZIP code

Roomarella verifies addresses based on the information submitted at checkout. Address updates must be requested
within the 4-hour adjustment window.

4. Address-Related Delivery Issues

Roomarella is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect,
incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
