To qualify for a refund:

2. Refund Review & Approval
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team

- Inspection time: 1–2 business days after return receipt
- Approved refunds are initiated promptly after inspection
3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refund processing time: up to 14 business days
- Bank or card issuer posting time: an additional 3–5 business days

4. Non-Refundable Costs
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping costs for returns not caused by our error
If a return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by Roomarella,
return shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Customers may return eligible items for a refund
and place a new order for the desired product.
