At Roomarella, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and timely shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains our domestic shipping practices, timelines, and customer support procedures.

1. Serviceable Regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • International destinations

We plan to expand international shipping in the future and will announce updates on our website.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day

Note: During peak seasons or promotional events (such as holidays or special sales), processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated transit time is:

  • 2–4 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Destination location (urban vs. rural areas)
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Carrier service disruptions

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted U.S. carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx

The carrier is automatically selected based on delivery location and efficiency.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.99 for all U.S. domestic orders
  • No hidden or additional fees at checkout

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered. Any such promotions will be clearly announced on our website.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s tracking page

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active. If tracking does not update within this timeframe, please contact us.

7. Delivery Issues

Please contact our support team immediately if:

  • Tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days
  • Your order is marked “delivered” but not received
  • Items arrive damaged
  • Your order has not arrived after 7 business days

We will assist with carrier investigations and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
